My Handheld Steam Cleaner
This little handheld steam cleaner is a great way to clean around
your house chemical-free. It's perfect for small jobs around the
house, and you can rest assured you're cleaning and sanitizing at
the same time.
I do a lot of grilling and smoking in my offset smoker during the
grilling season. Over time, the inside of the smoker accumulates grease. This is the main reason I bought this handheld steamer, but I found it has many other uses. By

Just like commercial steam cleaners, this handheld is perfect for
removing dirt and grime while killing germs, but you are limited to
smaller cleaning jobs.
How did it work on my grill? Well, it didn't completely wipe out
the grease buildup, but it did loosen it enough to make
the job much easier. Bottom line, I was happy with the results.
I also used this to clean my car's tire rims, and it worked
great. Below are the before-and-after photos of my car rims.

I tried the steam cleaner on my glass shower doors and wasn't satisfied
with the results. I think it's because my shower doors are beveled. This is not a big concern for me as it worked very well everywhere
else that I used it.

Wow, I didn't know they made such a thing. What a handy little cleaner. It would be VERY helpful in cleaning MY tire rims, as they have so many small places that are hard to reach by hand. ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous little appliance to have at home! As I was reading your post, I was busy sharing your information with my husband about how you steam your outdoor grill. Keeping an outdoor grill clean has always been a pet peeve of his since food is cooked on it. The tire rims look wonderful! Most impressive. I could easily imagine my husband running around the house with this little steam cleaner trying it out on various surfaces.
ReplyDeleteThese are great little tools. I hate the build up of gunge around my bathroom sink, and these little steamers just power that stuff right out of there. No Chemicals for me is HUGE! I am trying to make my carbon footprint as small as possible and this sure helps. Thanks Sam Monaco for a great review.
