Weapons of Mass DIY Destruction

Black Ops "Do or Di" - Anything is Possible
There are construction tools and then there are weapons of mass destruction.  We’re not talking nukes here.  Who needs nuclear fire power when one has a reciprocating saw that can pretty much destroy anything in its path?

Yesterday, when I pulled that DEWALT saw out of its case, nothing seemed ordinary about my DIY mission.  Pulling the trigger on that bad boy transformed a seemingly mundane task into a black ops mission.

Suddenly, I was able to rip through wood, metal, drywall—you name it—with ease.  The power at my fingertips made me invincible.  When put in a “Do or Di” DIY situation, this is the tool you want in your arsenal.
Check out my new product review, featuring current covert activities, then give Squidoo a try.  What is it that awakens your inner ninja?  Is there a product in your life that transforms you into a force to be reckoned with?  We want to read all about it.

And now I am being called to duty.  There is a top-secret mission with my name on it. #TrySquidoo

  1. This is what I love about Squidoo! You never know what you'll find, but what you do find will be fun, funny, functional, unique, useful, and updated. Yes, Squidoo awakened my inner Bear, brought me out of hibernation, and gave me an awesome platform to tell my Tale. I recommend that anyone who wants to share their stories #TrySquidoo. (Diana, I love your Black Ops outfit! Where do you shop?)

    2. Probably just delirious from photo ops in black thermal gear in the scorching sun.

  3. OK, I have to admit that my reciprocating saw is one of those overused tools in my arsenal! But, when I learned to use a chain saw - that became a mission. And you have convinced me that my fabulous chain saw needs some Squidoo fun.

    1. Oh yes, Susan. Please do bring on the chainsaw fun! I can hardly wait to see what you come up with. I do appreciate a woman who knows how to wield her power... tools.

  4. My 5-year-old SuperHero-Crazy grandson would really relate to your feelings of POWER with your DEWALT saw. That skinny little 32 pound boy feels power just by holding his toy Spiderman or taking off his shirt, flexing his tiny arm muscles and declaring he is 'David the Hulk'. The Ninja in you brought out by your power tools compares nicely to David and his SuperHero toys. :) It's all in what you believe. :) Loved your descriptive post!

    1. Would love to share a mission with Super David. Yes... we all have our toys that make us feel like we have super powers. Hope I never outgrow that feeling of being invincible.

  5. This is such a fun post to read! I have never had the pleasure of enjoying the power of a reciprocating saw, but I certainly understand the need and desire to cut away obstacles in the path of creating something beautiful and more functional. Do you lend out your tools?

    1. There is no obstacle too great for the one who has friends with tools. My tools are your tools. You really should have a reciprocating moment.
