What a fun idea, Beverly. Besides making a cute gift, it has the benefit of having multiple uses (not just as a waffle maker) and being easy to store. Very clever.
ReplyDeleteOf course I think the heart shaped waffles are awesome! At home, I line a pan with aluminum foil, make waffles or pancakes one at a time and wrap them in the foil & pan, set them in the slightly heated oven to keep them warm until there are enough made for us to eat together. When the kids were in school, I would give them to them as soon as they were made. Time was a much greater factor on school mornings, but I still loved the shaped breakfast that says I love you all by itself.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a fun idea. I could see my grandkids enjoying this!!
ReplyDeleteThat's such a cute idea. This would make a nice gift idea, even an original housewarming gift especially if their party is near valentines day.
ReplyDeleteI love it. There is something special about heart shaped anything when Valentine's Day rolls around. But I also like the idea of using it on other occasions too! Birthdays and Anniversaries come to mind. I will have to get one of these little delights soon.
ReplyDeleteThis is so cute! What a great idea. I rarely make waffles but if my grandkids lived closer I'd snap this up in a minute and make them little heart-shaped breakfasts.
