I previously reviewed my favorite Thermos insulated stainless steel travel tumblers, which I use to keep my tea warm all day long. I still use them every day for my tea, but I find that having to disassemble the lids to clean them thoroughly after drinking hot cocoa, coffee with cream, or other hot drinks that leave a residue is cumbersome.

I would think that having an insulated mug for your hot drinks is even more important in these days of work-from-home jobs. I know my son uses one for his coffee for his home office. I also love it for mixing my chocolate protein powder with hot water or milk for a hot chocolate-like drink, since the protein powder leaves a residue that is easy to clean from both the mug and the lid of this Stanley camp mug.
ReplyDeleteWe love Stanley insulated products, but surprisingly do not have one of the camp mugs. Like you, I tend to have a cup of hot coffee or tea sitting next to me while I work online. If I get really engrossed in a project, the drink is cold long before I finish drinking it. DeleteThat camp mug is a wonderful gift idea for, especially for avid campers (which there are in our family) - I love this idea for a gift - I know the quality is top notch and there's a big deal about these mugs on on Social Media being extremely high in demand - and of course the famous video of the women who unfortunately had a car fire and the only thing to make it through the fire was her stanley mug!

ReplyDeleteYes I can see all kinds of uses for this durable, easy clean, insulated mug. I was thinking when working where my coffee often goes cold, this mug solves that problem. When gardening I like to have a hot drink available outside and when we go on nature trails especially when birdwatching this mug would be great being more durable and keeping our drinks warm for longer. I like to drink coffee and also hot chocolate and it is so great that it keeps drinks warm and is easy clean as well. This mug is a wonderful gift idea. Great product review thank you !
