You continue to amaze me Barbara and I'm so glad you have found an outlet for your creative and beautiful energy. These "workbooks" sound like a great way to keep all the good things in life at your fingertips. Great Job!
ReplyDeleteYour workbooks are so suited to establishing a self-help routine. Using this feel-good journal as a way to focus positive energy is an excellent mental exercise. Well done, again, Barbara. You had a unique ability to focus your creativity in needed areas.
ReplyDeleteBarbara, once again you have published a workbook journal with a well thought out, easy to use format that can be tailored to the user’s needs (e.g., tracking selected vs. consecutive months). This tool for gently guided introspection will be helpful for so many teens and adults in designing a more positive, joy-filled life. Congratulations, my friend!
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of tracking the good moments in our lives! It is all too easy to focus on the negative, especially if we listen to the news around us. Making the effort to focus on the good and to record it is an excellent exercise in training ourselves to look for the positive each day and write it down. On those "rainy" days, it would allow us to look back at what we have to be grateful for and redirect our thoughts.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful idea to track the good times in our lives! A lovely thing to look back on and I think that recording positive events and emotions is a creative way to help towards a more positive outlook. Especially small positive events can often be overlooked so recording them in this way can help us remember and be grateful for them. Congratulations on your "Why I Feel Good Today" workbook !
