His work is moving, profound, and life-changing.
What has stayed with me since I read The Untethered Soul (his first book), and I use every day, is this thought when I have a problem or a worry:
"Can you notice that you're noticing - Witness Consciousness" - The Untethered Soul goes deeply into this concept. It's one approach that has changed my life.

So much of surviving in this life is realizing we can't control everything no matter what we think or do. Worry & fret only shortens our own lives. As a Christian, I learned long ago to let go and let God be in control.
It’s clear that Mr. Singer’s books and insights have had a profound positive impact on your own approach towards living. Thanks so much for introducing me to his writings.
Oh I know this book would get read more than once. We all need reminders to slow down, let go and let ourselves rest. We are always so busy, it's a reminder to stop and smell the roses. Thanks Barbara!
I had not heard of this book before and what an interesting approach to life. Yes we cannot control or plan everything and sometimes do need to go with the flow or as he says embrace the unpredictable. It would be interesting and useful to explore this book further. Thank you for your review and recommendation.
